The benefits of hiring professionally?

Professionally organised hiring delivers greater control of costs, compliance, efficiency and quality. Depending on the type of hiring, this results in 8% to 15% direct cost savings, without taking into account indirect savings. Can you do this yourself?

When to outsource hiring?

Outsourcing is often more cost-efficient at a total hiring volume of €10 million or lower. Through a Master Vendor or MSP, you share a commercial hiring desk with other clients, creating economies of scale. These advantages, such as lower VMS costs and access to suppliers with larger volumes, are passed on to your organisation. As a result, you benefit from professional control over the hiring process without having to take care of the organisation yourself.
