The hiring Desk assumes complete control over the inflow, outflow, and internal mobility of employees, as well as supplier management. This includes clear objectives, such as compliance with national and European laws and regulations. Internal transparency is also crucial, allowing the hiring manager to have insight, grip, and control at any given moment through a dashboard and reports. Additionally, the Nétive VMS tooling should support the complexity of rapidly cycling requests for both blue and white-collar profiles.
The hiring desk of the Municipality of Arnhem and its regional business operation organisation De Connectie utilize the Nétive VMS Suite in their own look & feel. The environment is configured to accommodate various municipalities, with the recent additions of the municipalities Rheden and Renkum. All modules from request to invoicing, reports and dashboards are deployed. Integration with HRIS Beaufort and Unit4 is also possible.
