Implementation Consultant

What will you do?

Working as an Implementation Consultant, no two days will be the same, and you will have the freedom to use your management, consultancy, commercial and communication skills at various levels. This role is predominantly home-based, working within a small but growing team in the UK. You will also work internationally for clients based in The Netherlands, Ireland and Germany. Besides this you will:

• Manage the successful implementations of our cutting-edge VMS across a wide array of organisations;
• Keep the communication process going, and proactively keep all stakeholders connected to the process and planning;
• Be innovative and implement your own ideas and areas for improvement;
• Use your commercial feelers to see opportunities and create possibilities to expand the use of the VMS;
• Manage and safeguard knowledge within our own and our customers organisation.

For the larger implementation cycles, you will work together with a Project Manager, where the smaller implementations are completely under your guidance.

What do you bring us?

For this position we are looking for a communicative person with knowledge of the Staffing & Recruiting market, and its laws and regulations. Preferably you also have knowledge of the scope and functionality of Nétive or another VMS and worked in software implementations before. Also you:

• Have a bachelor’s or higher degree;
• Are pragmatic, eager to learn and flexible;
• Are a self-starter with a feel for great customer service;
• Have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).

• A salary between £75,000 – £90,000 full-time (40 hours), depending on your experience;

• Work from home in a hybrid setting (we provide your home office setup) and the opportunity to work abroad up to 6 weeks per year (conditions apply);
• NEST pension 50/50, private healthcare;
