Our new colleague Implementation Consultant is a person with the ambition to contribute directly to the wishes and needs of our customers. This will be achieved by supervising implementations across a diverse range of organisations and companies. This position offers versatility, freedom and responsibility and allows you to use your management, commercial and communication skills at various levels. We are looking for someone that can offer flexibility to work across two roles; implementing and consulting.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities in this role will include the successful implementation of our VMS with everything that comes with it, as sold by your Sales colleagues:

● Customer satisfaction, going for a 7 or higher on customer evaluations,
● Using your commercial feelers so you see opportunities and create possibilities to
recommend additional work,
● Keeping the communication process going and proactively keeping all stakeholders
connected to the process and planning,
● Managing and safeguarding knowledge.

A versatile position in which you can take full responsibility for ‘your own’ implementations and enjoy working with various colleagues and customer relations.

Who are we looking for?

A communicative person with knowledge of the Staffing & Recruiting market and its laws and regulations. Preferably someone who has experience with a VMS, and Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage. An energetic person, a self-starter with a feel for the customer and service. Nicely pragmatic and solution-oriented and also good at project management (Prince II) planning and organising!

Your offer

  • Knowledge of the scope and functionality of Nétive or another VMS is a distinct advantage,
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations in the flex industry,
  • Project management knowledge in accordance with the Prince II methodology,
  • You are pragmatic,
  • You are eager to learn and flexible,
  • You are aware of customer and market developments,
  • You have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written), You make a positive contribution to the team and the culture of Nétive.
