With Fortino’s support, Nétive aims to scale its operations, drive product innovation, and expand further in key international markets. As part of this transition, Mikael Lindmark has been appointed as the new CEO to lead the company’s next growth phase. Co-founders Patrick Tiessen and Chris Neddermeijer remain involved, reinforcing trust and continuity in Nétive’s mission and values.
Driving innovation in external workforce management
Nétive VMS is a SaaS provider specialising in the management of external workforce programs. The company offers a highly configurable, cloud-based VMS platform that enables enterprises and managed service providers to efficiently manage contingent labour, ensuring compliance, rate management, and workforce visibility. With a leading position in the Netherlands, Nétive has expanded into Belgium, Germany, and the UK, leading to spend under management exceeding €6 billion. Nétive is well-positioned to capitalise on future opportunities in the growing VMS market, also supported by its recognition as a leading player by international industry analysts.
Appointment of Mikael Lindmark as CEO
To support Nétive’s accelerated growth ambitions, Mikael Lindmark has been appointed as CEO. Mikael has over 20 years of experience in the VMS and workforce management industry, having previously held senior leadership roles at SAP Fieldglass, where he was responsible for driving commercial growth. His expertise in scaling SaaS businesses and deep understanding of the contingent workforce market will be instrumental in strengthening Nétive’s market position and expanding its international footprint.
