Nétive VMS’s Tina Hook and Jessica Crook are proud to be taking part in National Interview Month 2025 this February, powered by YourGamePlan. They will be conducting mock interviews with young students, providing invaluable practice and guidance to help them prepare for real-world interviews.

Equipping students with essential skills
National Interview Month is all about equipping students with essential skills like confidence, clear communication, active listening, and articulating their thoughts effectively. Through a series of 30-minute mock interviews, volunteers like Tina and Jessica not only help students refine their techniques but also share constructive feedback and practical tips to build their confidence.
The entire event takes place online via the user-friendly platform Equitas. This ensures a smooth experience where volunteers can focus on supporting and guiding students as they take their first steps into the workforce.
With 25 years of experience and countless interviews under her belt, Tina is eager to give back:
“If any part of my experience can help young people better prepare for interviews and get that first step on their career ladder, then I’m happy to support. Interviews can be daunting, especially when you’re just starting out, and it’s rewarding to help students feel more confident and prepared. Ultimately, it benefits both the candidates and the companies recruiting them.”
Jessica shares her enthusiasm for the initiative:
“I’m really excited to be part of National Interview Month! It’s a chance for me to give back and help others on their journey. I’ve learned a lot along the way, and I’m hoping to share tips, offer advice, and support people who are preparing for interviews. It’s all about creating a community where we can lift each other up and help everyone succeed!”
Making a meaningful impact on the next generation
National Interview Month offers a valuable opportunity for professionals to make a meaningful impact on the next generation’s career journey. Volunteers can sign up for multiple sessions, each one an important step toward helping students succeed.
Thank you, Tina and Jessica, for your dedication to empowering the workforce of tomorrow!
