Volunteering: a day for what matters to you

Stronger together with partners
We believe in working with partners who share our values. That’s why we support CSR initiatives from organisations within our network. A good example is our involvement with APSCo Outsource in the United Kingdom, where in recent years we have contributed to projects that make the labour market fairer and more sustainable.

Creating equal opportunities for young people
Access to work starts with preparation. That’s why we support projects that help young people take their first steps towards a fair start:
In the UK: Our colleagues take part in National Interview Month organised by YourGamePlan.
In the Netherlands: We work with JINC, an organisation committed to equal opportunities by preparing children from disadvantaged neighbourhoods for the labour market.
Every year during JINC’s Baas van Morgen (Boss of Tomorrow), our CCO Eric Noorlander hands over his role for a day to a secondary school student. This way, young people don’t just get the chance to look in, but also to think along about direction and decision-making.
Sustainability with Carma
Creating impact also means taking care of our planet. That’s why we partnered with Carma, a platform that makes sustainability simple and effective.
We plant trees in a structured and scalable way:
- For every colleague: one tree each year.
- For every new colleague: one extra tree
- For growth with partners and customers: additional trees in regions such as the UK, Brazil, Africa, and soon the US.
Charities and sponsorship initiatives
We believe it’s important to also support initiatives from our colleagues, customers and partners. Think of sporting challenges, creative actions or personal fundraising efforts for good causes.
For this, we’ve created a simple request process, so that a contribution from Nétive can be arranged quickly. In this way, we make even more social impact together – big or small, every step counts.
