2024 was a year of innovation, growth and optimization at Nétive VMS. We took major steps to make our VMS platform even smarter, more efficient and more user-friendly. Smarter support through AI and automation
To help our customers and partners even faster and more efficiently, we launched five new chatbots in 2024. In just 10 months, these have answered more than 3,000 questions. This helps users get instant answers and find their way around our system faster.
We also remain committed to further automation and AI-driven support, making repetitive tasks easier and processes smoother.

At Nétive VMS, we are continuously committed to making our platform even more reliable and stable.
