We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an organised and proactive personality, who has a talent for stakeholder management and project coordination.

What will you do?
Nétive VMS offers an all-in-one solution for effective workforce management, to automate and simplify the hiring processes in a contingent labour market. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing milestones, risks and expectations for high-value projects with diverse stakeholders. These could be the implementation of new customers/partners, as well as roll outs within our existing customers environments. Also you will oversee multiple project dashboards, ensuring our implementation consultants stay aligned with deadlines and deliverables. Furthermore you will take part in:
- Commercial Bid & Tender Management, collaborate with account managers to support bids and tenders, assisting with demos, calculations, and strategic insights
- Continuous Workflow Optimisation, improve bid and delivery processes, implement best practices;
- Resource Management, anticipate capacity across multiple projects, ensuring efficient allocation of consultants and resources;
- Engaging with clients to keep them aligned throughout the project lifecycle and manage their expectations;
- A weekly project management meeting to assess risks and define action points and work closely with internal teams and customer counterparts.
What do you bring us?
For this position we are looking for a Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple parties and keep projects on track. Your manager will be based in The Netherlands, you will work remotely for the majority of the time and meet with your UK colleagues on a monthly basis in the London area. Working proactively and independently must be in your nature. Next to that, you will have:
- Experience with managing complex, high-value projects, preferably in an international HR / Staffing environment;
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a structured approach;
- A proactive mindset to keep clients engaged and ensure smooth project execution;
- Experience with bid and tender proc

- A salary between £48,000 – £60,000 full-time (40 hours), depending on your experience;

- Work from home in a hybrid setting (we provide your home office setup) and the opportunity to work abroad up to 6 weeks per year (conditions apply);
- NEST pension 50/50, private healthcare;
- A MacBook and iPhone.
