The Dutch government is developing a central digital solution for hiring external staff: the Digital Hiring Solution for the Government (known as DioR). This solution enables a smarter, more efficient, and more standardised approach to the entire hiring process, from application to invoicing.
DioR is managed by the Department for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, Labour Market, Career and Talent Development (known as DALT), part of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Nétive VMS supports DALT as a technology partner in the development and further development of DioR.
DioR was established to structurally improve external hiring within the central government. In collaboration with Nétive VMS, the hiring process is digitally supported from start to finish, including application, selection, onboarding, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting. This increases efficiency and transparency within the process.
Since the arrival of Mikael Lindmark as CEO of Nétive VMS, the partnership has gained new momentum. With his international experience scaling up technology companies, he sees great opportunities in this government-wide solution.
