Talent Business Awards 2025: Technology empowering people in Belgian staffing

Author: Nétive VMS

On 6 November, more than 240 leaders from the Belgian recruitment and staffing sector gathered at the Tangla Hotel in Brussels for the Talent Business Awards 2025.
As proud sponsor of the Project Sourcing Agency of the Year category, Nétive VMS was delighted to be part of an evening that celebrated innovation, leadership and a shared commitment to building the future of work, together. Under the theme ‘The AI-First Talent Revolution’, one message stood out clearly: technology may accelerate change, but it is people who give it direction.

Raising the bar for recruitment in Belgium

The Talent Business Awards showcased a sector that is professionalising rapidly and raising its own standards. Across nine categories, the winners and finalists demonstrated that sustainable success now rests on more than just commercial results.

They stood out through:

  • a clear strategy and strong market positioning
  • measurable client and candidate satisfaction
  • authentic, people-first cultures
  • and responsible use of technology and AI

What inspired us most was how often human impact and performance reinforced each other. Whether it was ethical AI, neurodiversity, or candidate-first models, the strongest stories combined innovation with a deeply human approach.

Project Sourcing Agency of the Year: Congratulations to Logi-technic

As sponsor of the Project Sourcing Agency of the Year award, we were especially proud to see the spotlight on a segment that is crucial for many of our customers: project-based, highly skilled talent.

This year’s winner, Logi-technic, was recognised for a structured, people-focused approach and impressive operational discipline, even in challenging market conditions. Their ability to grow sustainably in a demanding environment reflects exactly the balance we believe in at Nétive: Data-driven planning, transparent processes, and a talent experience that remains personal.

On behalf of Nétive VMS, we warmly congratulate Logi-technic on this well-deserved recognition.

What we take away as Nétive VMS

For Nétive, the evening confirmed several convictions we work with every day:

1. Technology should be a bridge, not the hero

The most inspiring examples used AI and technology to make better decisions, create transparency and free people for more meaningful work – not to replace human judgement.

2. Insight into your total talent landscape is becoming essential
Whether in project sourcing, temp staffing or permanent recruitment, organisations that truly understand their total talent ecosystem are better prepared for change. This is exactly where a solution like Nétive VMS supports: by bringing data, processes and partners together in one transparent environment.

3. The future of work is built collaboratively
Awards like these do more than celebrate success. They provide tangible examples the rest of the market can learn from. As a technology partner, we see it as our role to help agencies and hiring organisations translate that into daily practice.

Tonight confirmed that the frontrunners in our industry see technology and AI as enablers of human capital. When innovation is used to give people more insight, more options and more ownership, everyone in the talent ecosystem wins.

— Eric Noorlander, CCO Nétive VMS

We are grateful to Talent Business Partners, the partners, sponsors, jury members, nominees and winners for an evening that did more than look back at achievements. It offered a clear view of where the Belgian recruitment sector is heading.

At Nétive VMS, we believe the future of work is not something that simply happens to us. It is something we create together, by connecting people, technology and insight in smarter ways.

If you would like to explore how Nétive VMS can help your organisation build a more connected, transparent and future-ready talent ecosystem, we’d be delighted to continue the conversation.
