HappyNurse uses a single front- and back-end system: HappyOne. Planners in care organisations work in their own scheduling tools, while HappyNurse teams operate in HappyOne. Our role at Nétive VMS was to ensure that these environments function as one seamless, connected process.
We connected Elanza to HappyOne using Nétive Supplier Solutions as the backbone. Requests, offers and confirmations now move automatically and in real time. There is no manual intake, no switching between applications and no copy paste. The same data follows the request from creation to confirmation, ensuring that what is agreed is exactly what gets delivered and invoiced.
For our customer HappyNurse, the main goals of the integration are to automate processes by eliminating manual steps and to make HappyOne the single point of entry for staffing requests and offers. By automating the real time connection with the planning systems of care organisations, HappyNurse can respond much faster to open requests and significantly reduce the risk of errors.
This was not a simple transfer of work. It was a joint development effort. From the HappyNurse side, we worked closely with Jeroen Hansen, Manager Digital Infrastructure and Security. Short communication lines, fast decision making and clear ownership allowed us to move smoothly from process design to live operation. Behind the scenes, Nétive Supplier Solutions handles the core functionality.
