APSCo OutSource 2024 CSR Day: creating a workable blueprint for work experience

The focus of the day was on brainstorming and outlining a work experience program which would be built into a workable blueprint for companies to use going forwards.

Danny Heath, founder of YourGamePlan, led the discussions on the day, as those APSCo members present explored ways to make work experience less conventional and accessible to all, enabling students to acquire valuable skills, make choices and develop knowledge for a successful career.

For all of us at Nétive VMS, being a part of creating a blueprint for comprehensive & impactful work experience for young people is something that fits perfectly with our purpose; ‘Working together for a better labour market’.
