Netive VMS Suite
SupplyBank

Nétive VMS recently partnered with Supporting Education Group (SEG), completing a successful implementation of our VMS with them, focusing on contingent workforce management and a first generation program, known as SupplyBank. SEG’s mission is to enhance and enrich young people’s education; by partnering with Nétive VMS they can focus on doing just that.

1. Initial Uncertainties Before Choosing Nétive VMS

“At the outset, SEG had some initial uncertainties about transitioning to a VMS provider and implementing a first-generation program like SupplyBank. As a leading provider of staffing services to the education sector providing the right proposition and product was fundamental to the success of SupplyBank. As a highly tech literate recruitment organisation used to proprietary technology and in-house product development, adopting a third party VMS platform was a shift in mindset.”

By choosing Nétive VMS, SEG knew they were making a strategic decision to improve temporary staffing solutions for multi-academy trusts with SupplyBank, their new initiative aimed at increased fulfilment rates, process efficiency, compliance and cost savings.

2. Identifying the Problem

“For SEG, the goal was clear: implementing a VMS solution that could streamline staffing processes and operate seamlessly within their education sector booking nuances and timelines.”

The stakes were high. SEG had a narrow timeframe aligned to launch the product with the new year and needed a reliable partner to ensure a swift, smooth implementation that wouldn’t disrupt their project schedule.

3. The Implementation Experience with Nétive VMS

“From the outset, the SEG and Nétive VMS project teams aligned on goals, communication, and problem resolution. The teams developed a strong rapport, allowing any hurdles to be addressed immediately, keeping the project on schedule. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive:

The environment was friendly, and the Nétive VMS team were a pleasure to work with.

Despite some challenges inherent in such a tight timeline, SEG appreciated Nétive VMS’s attentiveness and rapid response times, with regular updates, clear milestones, and a dedicated project team. SEG noted, “The project was always managed very professionally, with clear follow-ups and an organised approach that kept information and actions within the set timeframe.”

4. Key Benefits SEG Received from Nétive VMS

“Nétive VMS’s implementation process has allowed SEG to manage their VMS independently. Through the VMS’s self-service features, SEG can complete routine tasks without waiting on external support, fostering independence and efficiency.”

SEG can now handle subsequent implementations with minimal reliance on Nétive VMS’s consultants, significantly reducing turnaround times and allowing for a more agile, responsive program. As SEG scales SupplyBank rapidly, they’ll be equipped to drive each project forward efficiently, with Nétive VMS consultants available for guidance as needed.

5. Message to Others Considering Nétive VMS

“SEG’s implementation was completed swiftly and professionally, setting them up for continued success. SEG was impressed with the experience, noting:

It’s been a great experience, and we look forward to working together moving forward.
