During the recruitment process, I got a clear picture of the collaboration within the teams, both in the UK and with colleagues in the Netherlands. There is a culture where everyone supports each other, and no question is too small. I can always ask for help and know that colleagues will do their best to assist me.
We had an in-depth discussion about core values, where I could share what is important to me and how I have developed into who I am. This also gave me the opportunity to get to know my future colleagues better and discover what they value. Additionally, I was able to explain how I want to contribute to Nétive VMS’s goals and where my focus lies.
